My passion has been to help families that have loved ones with substance abuse issues. Families often need a little bit of inspiration to help cope with the complicated situations they find themselves in.
However, they aren’t the only ones that need inspiration in their lives and help focusing on dealing with the stress that life can bring us. This shop is about people focusing on their mental wellness. These are healthy reminders that feed your mental and spiritual health. We get so caught up into the busyness and chaos of life, sometimes we simply need to feed our soul and ground ourselves. Take a few minutes to yourself everyday!

Memorial Candles
It’s never easy losing the people we love. Grief can overwhelm us. We won’t ever be the same. We don’t move on, we move differently. We have to find ways to release just a little bit of the pressure so we can find a way to get out of bed when the grief seems to make it impossible.
I’m in recovery and I’ve lost more people I care about than I ever thought one person could. Not everyone from addiction, some were car wrecks, suicide, heart attacks, etc. In my deepest grief, I created a wall of remembrance for myself. I NEEDED to create a place for me to go to remember and grieve each person. When I started making candles, I wanted to create something for those who NEED to have little things that help them get through the day.
The two young men featured in these photos lost their battle to addiction at different times. The mothers of these two boys struggled to find a way to live their lives without them in it. They found each other and started talking about their sons, addiction, and what they could do to help others. They created an organization called, “The Share Project.” They want people to know they aren’t alone.
